Thanks for being here. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Sara, and I'm a Yoga Therapist who is passionate about teaching people about their menopausal transition and helping them to find a way through it that allows them to maintain or increase their vitality and vibrance!
I've found that the various practices of yoga (yes, there is more to it than "just stretching!") are extremely helpful during this time and when you find something truly helpful you don't want to keep it under your hat; you want to share it! So I developed the 5-S Menopause Yoga Method and I'm bringing it to you!
If you're new to the practice of yoga, don't fret. We all start somewhere and we all get where we need to go in our own time. The practice should never cause harm, even as it challenges us to gently expand our awareness and capabilities. I hope you will open a channel of communication with your body so you can benefit from these practices. In fact, part of the Method is to learn to do just that! So if you're starting from scratch, you're in the right place. And if you're a seasoned practitioner, guess what? You're also in the right place!
Join me to learn more about the Method and increase your well-being. It's a wild time of life, and instead of letting it take the reins, you can regain control and steer your wellness in the direction you want it to go. Giddy up!
